How to change the Kenwood Mic jack

This is how we change the Kenwood microphone jack when needed

Sometimes it happens that the jack is broken or not working anymore. it is easy to change it like installing an RJ45 for a network cable but we have to be careful of some wires..

The kenwood microphone cable is consisted of 6 clear wires with different colors ( Red, Green, Black, Blue, Yellow, Grey and a mysterious wire covered with shield ! )
This mysterious one is like 2x wires in one, the outer shield we cut, and then you can find a white wire covered with silver shield, those two are considered as two additional wires so the total is 8:
Red, Green, Black, Blue, Yellow, Grey, White and Silver shield..

The picture below explains how to change the RJ45 jack of a Kenwood Microphone like KMC-30, 32 and similar models.

The correct order of wires from left to right is:

Yellow, Grey, White, Silver, Blue, Black, Red and Green
